A Note from Stephanie
I have a lot of ideas. I also have a lot of data. Those two things do not automatically organize themselves. š
Elizabeth came into Bumby through a project focused on KPIs, reporting, and data integration, helping us think about how information from places like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta could actually support better decisions.
What I appreciated most was the way she approached the work with both curiosity and practicality. A dashboard isn't useful just because it looks impressive ā it has to tell you something.
Elizabeth helped us think more clearly about what we should be measuring, why it matters, and how reporting can support the next stage of Bumby's growth. That perspective was incredibly valuable.
Who is Elizabeth?
Hi! My name is Elizabeth McGuire, and I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration at Western Governors University.
I'm passionate about learning, problem-solving, and finding ways to improve systems and workflows through organization, analytics, and collaboration.
What matters most to me is making a meaningful impact, continuing to grow professionally, and being part of projects that help people and businesses succeed.
I value teamwork, creativity, and opportunities that challenge me to learn new skills and think outside the box.
Elizabeth's Bumby Story
My Bumby story started through a Riipen micro-internship, where our team partnered with Bumby Wool to improve reporting visibility and business analytics strategies.
Throughout the project, I worked on KPI planning, dashboard design ideas, workflow recommendations, and reporting strategies across platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta.
It was exciting to learn more about Bumby's mission, customer-focused values, and long-term vision while contributing ideas that could help make business information easier to understand and use for future decision-making.
What She'd Love to Highlight
One thing I'd especially love to highlight is how collaborative and supportive the experience was.
The project gave us the opportunity to work on real-world business challenges while encouraging creativity, communication, and teamwork.
I also appreciated how open Bumby Wool was about sharing its business goals and giving us the space to contribute ideas that could support future growth.
What She Loves Most About Bumby
What I love most about Bumby Wool is the company's authenticity and strong sense of purpose.
It's clear that customer relationships, sustainability, and quality genuinely matter to the brand.
I also admire Bumby's focus on community, transparency, and building long-term trust with customers rather than simply focusing on sales.
