- Items must be new, unworn, and with tags attached
- No restocking fee
- Store credit issued after inspection
- Customer covers return shipping (we'll provide discounted label options)
- If there's a fit error on our end, we'll cover return shipping and make it right
- Free alterations on new items when possible
Specialized Custom Return Policy
For items with highly specific customizations — rare colours, one-of-a-kind builds, or unique measurements.

- Store credit minus up to 20% restocking fee
- Customer covers return shipping (discounted label provided)
