Hi Amanda, people use wool over pretty much any diaper system. Flats, fitted, prefolds, even leaky PUL or disposable diapers. All of our bottoms, pants, shorts etc are also diaper covers. Which many end up getting, making the clothing itself a cover.

We try to edit and get as close to accurate as possible for the website. The still life images of completed garments showcase the items, and really show the tie dyes well. Different screens and even how facebook shows the images also can change how people see them. I have noticed the same image on my phone or desktop off facebook then that same image loaded to the site can look slightly different as well. You can email or message on social media to request some colour comparisons or more photos to help you as well.

Are your diaper covers 100% wool?Annie asked on January 4, 2024
Hi the diaper covers are made with our heavy weight wool, which is 95% merino wool and 5% lycra. The lycra allows the cover to rebound and hold shape better, plus also allows us to “felt” or shrink to the wool about 50%, then it becomes harder to shrink further and allows for customers to machine washing in cold and not worry about further shrinking.

This has worked so well to stop my 10 month old son from waking up in a puddle of urine! I added the peanut insert for extra absorbency. Have been using it for about a month now. Seems super comfortable too. Super stretchy too so should fit him for a long time. Stephanie was so helpful too on the phone.

Ordered the medium cover in Vivid Shifter and it is amazing! It’s the exact fit I wanted on my 20 pound, 31 inch 10 month old. Looks super cute on it’s own and fits under clothes with no problem! Super soft and stretchy, and thinner than other brands with out sacrificing functionality. I will definitely be purchasing more!

I just love the feel of this wool cover! It works wonderfully for my heavy wetter as basic PUL covers would always seem to wick moisture onto her pjs at night. Not to mention the colour selection is gorgeous!
I discovered these when cloth diapering my second child and they have been a game changer! I have good quality overnight cloth diapers, but was still finding that during longer periods, like naps and nighttime, that the wet diapers would leak through onto the clothes or pajamas just around the leg holes, but enough that the clothing needed to be washed. We required more clothing for our kids because of this, and I was also frequently washing their sheets, sleep sacks, etc as well. Now, I have my child wearing these over top of their diaper and have found it to be a really effective solution. No more leaks, way less laundry, and way fewer clothes and pajamas required. I was hesitant to purchase this because I am a fairly frugal person but it has been so worth it. The quality is amazing, the wool is quite thick and sturdy and has held up very well, yet is thin enough to still fit under their clothing and to be comfortable. My daughter also loves wearing them! When our third child was born a month ago, I purchased this one in the smaller size for her and am excited to use it! I rave about these to anyone I know who cloth diapers.
For reference for the photos- my daughter is currently 6 weeks old, somewhere between 9-10 lbs, and wearing a size small. My older daughter (2) wears a size medium.
The traditional style cover is wonderful! My 6 month old wears this the most. It is durable. Just the right amount of stretch to be comfy and to provide the right fit.
