We want you to feel confident on the care of our wool products so you can use them for a long time.
Sizing can be confusing and overwhelming. Email, message on social media, ask in our chat group on FB. There are lots of people here to help you so please don't go it alone. Wool is a little different so getting a helping hand is really a good idea.
Emails are sent as we create your garments at every step. When we review your order, when it is cut, when it is sewn, when photos are posted, and then your tracking number. Our turn around time is usually less than 2 weeks. Diaper Covers we aim for less than a week.
Custom made but fast. Yes it is all "slow fashion" meaning we don't just pull mass produced products off the shelf to ship, but make them as they are ordered. However we are a team here, and have some really cool technology to help us run fast efficiently.
