Stand alone means it has a waistband attached to the skirt portion but has no diaper cover underneath, it is just a skirt
You may add this to any Bumby Wool Bottoms including: bloomers, diaper covers, leggings etc.
The length of the skirt is measured from the bottom of the waistband to the hem of the skirt. This value can vary slightly with how it lays.
A full circle skirt is made by cutting a circle in the fabric and a waist in the middle, it give a lofty youthful look
