Lanolin Rich Rinse & Refresh is a light conditioning emulsion developed in-house at the Bumby Wool studio in Canada — refined through years of real-world wool care experience and tested on everything from custom wool covers to everyday base layers. It gently re-lanolizes clean, damp wool, restoring natural softness and breathability in minutes.
Made with just five simple ingredients, this rinse is purposefully minimal. The coconut-based soap isn't here to clean — it's here to help lanolin distribute evenly through water, so every fibre gets an even coat of conditioning goodness.
Ideal for bras, underwear, jerseys, sweaters, and next-to-skin layers — anything that needs a little life brought back between washes.

How to Use

Shake well before each use.
- Mix 1–2 tablespoons with 1 litre (4 cups) of room temperature distilled water in a basin.
Distilled water is recommended — tap water with high mineral content or alkalinity can cause dye shifting or lanolin clumping.
- Swish gently to blend.
- Submerge clean, damp wool garments inside-out and agitate lightly.
- Focus on areas that need the most softening or refreshing.
- Allow lanolin to settle onto the fibres for 5–10 minutes — no long soaking needed.

Rinse well, especially for fine undergarments, to remove the soap carrier.
- Lay flat to dry. A gentle spin cycle is fine if preferred.

Top up and reuse the bath for additional items as needed.
Important Notes
Do not use on stained or heavily soiled garments. Lanolin can trap dirt and oils — always wash first, then refresh.
- This product is designed to refresh clean wool, not replace washing.
- The soap is included solely as an emulsifying agent to help distribute lanolin — it is not a wool wash.
