Princess Ruffles are a strip of wool with the a ruffled finish on both edges then rouched with lastin type clear elastic then sewn onto the bottom of the garment.  These do add some weight, but are super cute.  Please indicate if you what colours you want for the wool and thread

CAN NOT BE ADDED TO CUFFED ITEMS sorry, but you can add double ruffle cuffs.

Please indicate which bottoms these are to go on. Please pick a wool colour and a thread colour. Usually to make the ruffle ro the pants. No pleated bottoms like bloomers sorry.
