Bumby Wool is growing, and we are looking for someone who gets excited about organization, systems, process improvement, and bringing structure to big ideas.

We are hiring a Process & Operations Coordinator to support internal systems, workflow documentation, project coordination, AI-assisted implementation, and operational improvements across our growing Canadian manufacturing business.

This is a full-time temporary position for approximately six months, based in Red Deer, Alberta, with hybrid, remote, and occasional shop visit options.

About the Role

This role will work directly with leadership to help improve how projects, people, systems, and information move through the business.

Projects may include:

  • Workflow and SOP documentation
  • Operations and fulfillment systems
  • CRM organization
  • Inventory and process tracking
  • AI-assisted workflow implementation
  • Student and project coordination
  • KPI and operational tracking
  • Digital organization and process improvement

The right person does not need to know everything already. They do need to be organized, curious, reliable, and comfortable learning new systems quickly.

Funding Partner Eligibility Requirements

This position is supported through a youth employment funding partnership.

Applicants must:

  • Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment

  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada

  • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person granted refugee status in Canada

  • Have graduated from a post-secondary institution recognized by Canada

  • Be available for full-time employment during the internship period
