This form helps get the ball rolling and allows us to assess your item and provide a repair quote based on the work required.
We’re also happy to help guide you through the return shipping process, including assistance with return labels when needed, to make the experience as smooth as possible.
By submitting this request you agree that your wool is clean & dry before shipping. That Bumby will do all that we can to keep your wool safe and do our best for repairs but do not guarantee during transit or while in our care. We haven't had any issues in 18 years, but hold no liability for damages.

This service is one of a kind and excellent! As a cloth diaper momma with no one around sharing their experience (I’m trail blazing here!) this is so valuable. Knowing what proper lanolizing should feel like, and seeing how it allows some absorption by the wool while keeping cloths and surroundings dry.
THIS is my absolute favorite style!! It's soft versatile so my 1 year old can wear it with the rise folded over and my 3 year old can wear it with the rise intact.
