How to figure out your size for tops and sweaters

We've tried to make online sizing as easy as possible - so instead of struggling with a measuring tape around your own body, start with your go-to of a similar style.
(For a fitted tee, grab one of your fitted tees, for a baggier sweater, do the same).

On our sizing chart, chest is measured from armpit to armpit when your favourite top is lying flat. (Not measured all the way around.)

Sleeve length is measured from the armpit to the wrist along the inside of the arm, (Not from the shoulder.)

Total length is measured from the side of the neck near the collar down to the hem.

And don't worry, our fabrics are preshrunk before cutting and should not shrink further.

The measurements in our sizing chart are our best effort to show how each of your new Bumbies are designed to fit and move, giving you a clear and consistent reference point. Still feeling overwhelmed - call us! We'd be happy to help.

Bumby garments are made using high-quality merino wool fabrics designed for comfort, performance, and longevity.

Our lighter weight fabrics are made from 100% organic merino wool and are Superwash treated for ease of care, making them a great option for everyday wear.

All fabrics are milled in the USA or Canada using organic, cruelty-free Australian merino wool.

For care, garments can be machine washed on cold using an enzyme-free detergent such as Unicorn Clean. To maintain shape and longevity, lay flat to dry and gently block to your desired shape.

Hand washing is also a suitable option. Be sure to rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent.
