We wanted the new site to be clear, easy to browse, and far less overwhelming. That means you will not see every possible custom option spelled out on every listing. But around here, simple shopping and creative freedom can live side by side.
Bumby can make a lot more than what shows up as a standard dropdown.
Sometimes that means a fully custom piece. Sometimes it is just a small note that changes everything. Want a ruffled edge on a hemmed item? Add a note. Want joggers with a different colour for the waistband, body, and cuffs? Add a note. If a garment has cut pieces that can be split into different colours, you do not need to stop and ask permission first. Just tell us what you want.
We are also slowly building more of those options right into the site, especially for things like pockets, so the shopping experience keeps getting better without turning into a hodgepodge of too many choices at once. Some pocket styles are already included on certain items, and more are on the way. That means you may see the simpler version first, with expanded options being added as the site continues to grow.
